"Having spent a number of years on the net, running both
personal and business sites, and in the process going
through a number of different hosting sites, I landed in
heaven the day that I ran across Booyah! Superb personal

Service is the key for me, there are Hosts and then there are Hosts, what is the most important thing is how that host will assist you whenyou need it most! The Dollars spent are unimportant when you are faced with a site down situation, and here is where Fernis and Booyah really impressed me! Having spent 3 days waiting for ANY kind of response from my then host to my major Business site being down due to a Cracker, I was rescued by Booyah, and they went out of their way to ensure that my site was back up as quickly as possible, and far more securely that previously.

"So I help run a couple of movie sites and haven't got much time to do the normal day to day site wide control. Thankfully I found booyah via SbyD and am now happier than Jason Voorhees in a Counsellor training session. Superb support, all questions answered with language I can understand, excellent services, and friendly staff. Guess I arrived for the pricing, but am going to stick around indefinitely for the service.

I had signed up with Booyah and afterwards decided to go with another company with more space and bandwidth, but after talking with Fernis I realized I had made a bad choice. He offered me a great deal to switch my site over to Booyah, and I now I have never been happier. CPanel 11 is fantastic.....automatic backups.....even better. If you are looking for a great hosting provider with great customer support, and fast speeds then Booyah is definitely for you."

While my transfer took longer then I expected (It was the host I was moving from that was the choke point) Fernis went Way beyond normal customer service and took time to explain or troubleshoot any issues very quickly. We talked in IM and on the telephone and it was quickly evident that Customer service and satisfaction were his main priority. I have had many hosts over the years but this is the first one that makes customer first and is willing to work with all issues. I also like the fact he runs an IPB Board for support and will share some of the same issues I might encounter with IPB.
Fernis's desire to provide good customer support and aggressive efforts to get my site over here were greatly appreciated and I am sure will only increase his worth in the hosting business.

I only use reseller accounts to host my own sites. It makes it easier to set up my own accounts rather than having to wait for a hosting company to do it.
Anyway, thanks to Fernis for having such reliable service. So far, so good. :)"
